  • 2017 - 2018: Cardno, DfID: Evaluation of three governance networks in Africa.
  • 2010 - 2012: PALAMA (Public Administration, Leadership and Management Academy): Ms Williams was the lead quantitative researcher responsible for the evaluation of the Executive Development Programme which builds the capacity of senior managers in the South African National and Provincial Government Departments. The review also had an e-learning component.
