Technical support as embedded M&E consultants on the evaluation of the ICT4RED Cofimvaba eTextbook initiative in 26 schools in the Nciba circuit in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Co-Author of a DPME (South Africa’s Department of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation) guidance document on Diagnostic Evaluation for use by government officials.

Ten year review of the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement) National Science Week.

Ms Williams was the lead quantitative researcher responsible for the evaluation of the Executive Development Programme which builds the capacity of senior managers in the South African National and Provincial Government Departments. The review included an e-learning component.

Conducted high-level interviews for a mid-term review of JIPSA (Joint Initiative for Priority Skills Acquisition).

Involved in the Strategic Planning for the ECDOE and writing the first draft of the 2007 / 2008 Annual Performance Plan.

Wrote indicator specifications for Performance Measures included in a Manual for use by Provincial Education Departments when writing their Annual Performance Plans.
