    Technical support as quantitative analyst on CGIAR (Formerly Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research) Gender & Diversity’s Advancing Women in Agricultural Research & Development project.

  • 2009 - 2010 UNICEF South Africa

  • 2008 - 2009 OtherWise Research & Evaluation and EnCompass

    Assisted with the evaluation of the Academy of Science in South Africa for a project aimed at strengthening the National Academies of Science.

  • 2008 - 2009 French Embassy in Pretoria

    Conducted an Evaluation of the Fund for Social Development Projects implemented from 2005 – 08. Assisted the Embassy with the pre-screening of applications and evaluation of proposals in terms of OECD DAC criteria.

  • 2008 Evalnet / Universalia

    Assisted with research methodology and data collection for an evaluation of the impact of UNEP’s Geo4 publication.

  • 2008 OtherWise Research and Evaluation

    Contributed to the evaluation of the “First Mile First Inch” Technological Programme implemented in Mozambique funded by the IDRC (International Development Research Centre).

  • 2006 - 2009 IOM Zimbabwe

    Facilitated strategic planning process and wrote the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Strategic Plan for IOM (International Organization for Migration) Zimbabwe. Also wrote the Strategic plan for the Mobile an Vulnerable People Working Group – a group of humanitarian actors in Zimbabwe targeting MVPs.

  • 2005 - 2006 CARE International

    Analysed and reported on quantitative data from approximately 900 projects from 75 countries.
